Actually missingno is a marowak You see, before the first game was finished developers were going to have marowak evolve into kangaskan. However, at the last minute they decided to keep them separate. Which is why missingno uses marowaks moves, but evolves into kangaskan... Have I made this rant before? It seems like I have. It was supposed to be the missing evolution between marowak and kangaskan.
But now its just the glitch pokemon....

And that oak thing is random and exaggerated, believable, but exaggerated.
